Intermar Hotel, Marmaris

The hotel rooms were smallish with two single beds and rock-hard pillows but very clean. The AC was excellent, but it was challenging to find the right temperature sometimes, waking up freezing on some nights. The bathroom was very small, leading to almost flooding the floor after each shower, yet it remained clean. The check-in was delayed until 2 pm instead of the promised midday, with no extra charges. The room felt a bit cramped for two adults and a child.

The hotel is in a superb location just a short walk from the beach and main shopping areas. The rooms are clean, well-serviced, and come with free air conditioning, which is a great bonus for a 3-star hotel. The service was mostly attentive, although at times seemed a bit stressed. The dining options were decent, and the breakfast offered a good selection. Overall, a great value stay with a few minor service hiccups.
